FAQ

Are your images generated by AI?

All the images on the site originate in authentic photographs taken by me over my career. The majority are more or less straight from camera with some baseline post-processing. A few are composites of more than one image with some manipulation to create a particular creative effect.

None of my images are generated by AI, they are all the product of my own authentic creative process and are copyright protected. For info on licensing images, go here

What kind of paper do you print on?

Prints are printed on Fuji Crystal Matt Paper, weight: 231gsm.

This archive quality paper has a semi-matt finish with a smooth bright white and a slight sheen.

The paper is acid-free and has great image stability, and is printed with archival inks meaning that it won’t fade or change colour.

Mounting is recommended to optimise the life of this fine photography print.

What is a Limited Edition?

A limited edition means the number of prints for an image is restricted, enhancing the value of the image by making it scarcer than an open edition. Some visual artists make exceptions for smaller sizes; however, when I say limited I mean just that: I will only print a maximum of the number stated. Often the price will increase as the limited run nears its end, so it’s always good to buy sooner rather than later!

Where do you ship to and how long does it take?

Prints are shipped directly from our print production facilities in the UK and Germany.

Lead times for delivery in the  UK and Europe are 7-10 working days from receiving your order. For the USA and Canada this is also the estimated time, excluding any customs holdups.

For the rest of the world, delivery times are estimated at 7-15 working days.
